24 Hour Toll Free Emergency Roadside Assistance available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, in 50 states plus Canada.
Services are limited to the rental vehicle registered with Northland IDAR.
If contracted providers are unable to respond, ACA will call other providers until they find someone who can provide assistance.
No Per Disablement Limit Maximum other than towing mileage allowance. (See Towing below)
- Towing – vehicle will be towed to the nearest service facility. Towing mileage allowance is 25 miles. Additional towing mileage will be covered at time of service but you will be responsible for additional mileage.
- Battery Service/Vehicle Will Not Start – attempting to start a vehicle with a booster battery.
- Flat Tire Assistance – removal of the flat tire and its replacement with spare tire in rental vehicle.
- Gasoline, Oil, Fluid, and Water Delivery Service – emergency supply of gasoline, oil, fluid and water or other accessories/supplies as may be required. Customer pays for cost of materials.
- Lock-out Assistance – when a customer’s keys are locked inside of rental vehicle, the service will provide assistance in gaining entry to the customer’s vehicle.
Non-Covered Items – the following items are not covered Services:
- Cost of parts, replacement keys, fluids, lubricants, or fuel, cost of installation of products, material or additional labor relating to towing.
- Vehicles that are not scheduled with the IDAR program.
- Once the vehicle has been towed to nearest facility the service does not provide additional towing or for repair work performed at that facility. Service on a vehicle that is not in safe condition to be towed. Impound towing or towing by other than an ACA service provider, vehicle storages charges; a second tow. Towing or service on roads not regularly maintained, such as sand beaches, open fields, forests, and areas designated as not passable due to construction, etc. Towing at the direction of a law enforcement officer relating to traffic obstruction, impoundment, abandonment, illegal parking, or other violations of law.
- Coverage shall not be provided in the event of emergencies resulting from the use of intoxicants or narcotics or the use of the covered vehicle in the commission of a felony.
- Repeated service calls for a covered vehicle in need of routine maintenance or repair. Only one disablement for the same cause, during any seven (7) day period, will be accepted.
